I watched Charade last night and fell in love with Audrey Hepburn’s looks and incredible chic - again. Wasn’t she fabulous? In my next life I will look exactly like her.
(And the film was good too – entertaining dialogue and excellent plotting.)

Yes, she was beuautiful. I loved Charade. I saw it when it was first released, on a date with my husband (i.e. before we were married.) Oh, what style she had, dressed by Givenchy, I think? And of course, Cary Grant the perfect romantic hero in the film. Where has such style gone? Just look at people in the streets today and if you see someone immaculately dressed with style, that is very, very unusual. You see a sea of jeans, cropped pants (that do no one any favours) or black leggings with things which don't look like summer dresses but old fashioned maternity smocks! Eeeuk!
